  • Shana Guilbert, PsyD

    Dr. Shana Guilbert is a Clinical Child Psychologist and co-owner of True North Integrative Clinic, where she specializes in evaluating and treating children with neurodevelopmental and psychological disorders. Her primary area of focus is psychological assessment and testing for individuals aged 18 months to 18 years.

    Dr. Guilbert's clinical expertise includes Autism, ADHD, attachment disorders, depression, anxiety, mood and trauma-related disorders, and psychosis.

    Dr. Guilbert and her husband are native to Minot, ND, and have twin daughters. When the weather permits, she enjoys spending time outdoors.

  • Kassandra Engeberg, MS, OTR/L

    Kassandra received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota and her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University. She has been practicing as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for over 10 years. 

    Kassandra specializes in the pre-crawling infant and early childhood development. She is passionate about working with children of all abilities and their caregivers to help promote development through connection. 

    Kassandra enjoys cooking, traveling, exploring the great outdoors, and cheering for the Vikings with her husband and daughters.

  • Andrea Landsiedel, MS, CCC-SLP

    Andrea is a licensed and credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist and co-owner of True North Integrative Clinic. With 16 years of experience in the public school setting, Andrea has worked with preschool and school-aged children with diverse needs. Andrea specializes in evaluating and treating children with communication disorders and enjoys connecting with and understanding children who are considered challenging.

    Andrea’s areas of interest include Autism, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Phonological Processing and Disorders, Dyslexia, Auditory Processing Disorders, and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorders.

    Andrea has extensive knowledge of the special education process, including the federal and state guidelines, procedures, and laws. She has been a part of trauma-informed schools and is trauma-sensitive in her practice.

    In her personal life, Andrea and her husband have three daughters and three grandchildren. Andrea is a native of North Dakota and has called Minot “home” for the last 25 years.

  • Alicja Cebulak, PMHNP

    Alicja Cebulak is a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-BC. She specializes in psychiatric evaluation, therapy (only adults), and medication management of children (3 and up), adolescents, and adults with mental health disorders.

    Alicja’s clinical experience includes psychotropic medication management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood and bipolar disorders, comorbid disorders with autism spectrum disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and behavioral problems.

    Alicja and her husband, originally from Poland, have lived in Minot, ND, for the last 22 years. They have two sons. When the time allows, she enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.

  • Cassandra Broten, MS, OTR/L

    Cassandra Broten earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in 2010. A Minot native, her previous work experience includes post acute rehab, skilled nursing facilities, as well as 10 years spent in pediatric and adolescent behavioral health.

    Cassandra enjoys working with school aged children and their families to meet their mental health and developmental needs in order to achieve independence and success in school and social settings. She is thrilled to be a part of the True North Integrative Clinic team.

    Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and hiking with her dogs, Aspen and Moose.

  • Nicole Brown, LCSW, Therapist

    Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy and prior to that an additional ten years of experience in social work and case management positions. She provides therapy services for both children and adults and uses evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist clients in developing new coping and learning. 

    She strives to create an environment that is safe and calm to assist her clients to be able to come as they are. She believes that all individuals have the ability to intrinsically work towards health and wellness and is honored to be able to be a part of that process. She offers outpatient mental health services to individuals with a range of mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety and other mood issues and specializes in treating trauma and working with individuals and families involved in foster care and adoption. 

    In her personal life, she and her husband Josh have four children and enjoy watching football, going to the lake and just enjoying time with friends and family.
